Therapy for Adults

Serene Minds Counselling is dedicated to ensuring you receive the right support for your problem. We offer a 30 minute consultation session where we - the therapist, and you - the client get to find out more about each other. We will only offer you on-going sessions if we are confident that we can offer what you require - however if we feel that there is a service better suited to your situation or circumstance that we do not offer – we will point you in the right direction.

We are here to help you make choices about treatment, understand your rights or reach out to sources of support, we're here for you.

The approach used by our therapists is mainly integrative. This means that we can draw upon a wide range of skills and apply what is best suited for your needs. Being trained in Mindfulness based experiential therapy, enables us to integrate modern scientific research with proven traditional therapeutic techniques. We do not use the ‘one glove fits all’ approach – the therapy you receive will be tailored to your needs.

Our fees vary dependent on appointment time. Please see below the breakdown of charges:

Weekday 10am - 5pm: £100
Weekday 6pm - 9pm: £150
Weekends: £200

Please note, for International clients fees payable are based on UK time.

We also offer a limited number of concessionary and affordability based fees. Please contact us to find out more.

We are located within easy reach of seven kings and goodmayes railway stations and bus routes 364 and 86. If you are driving there is plenty of on street parking available.
